Pros
Coworkers are hard workers and very nice people. Salary is enough for living in Madrid but low compared to other companies.
Cons
beBee is a startup using consulting procedures; at least, working for some consulting companies you will have more stability than there. It is not necessary to expose your opinion (will be completely ignored) and cannot be improved anything (because "we always do it this way"!). Agile does not exist at this company. They say that they use it, but they do not know the meaning of agile culture. Engineers and fully qualified people are hired, but they cannot make decisions. People who has more career opportunities are who follow the company procedures, not the most valuable employees. Used tools are obsolet in most cases.
