      Pros

      Exciting to innovate on interesting technical challenges at market leader. Diverse (for Japan) workforce, with some english speakers.

      Cons

      Work hard, worker harder culture that just crushes / shames people. CEO and founder is toxic. Interview process in Tokyo office for my group was erratic. Many people are looking to leave (though won't admit it).

      Pros

      The team was good to work with but the management was terrible. You will work long hours for not great pay. Management is top- down and upward mobility is very difficult unless the mgt likes you and you work 24/7. They only care about compliance and profitability.
