      - nothing gets done - non-management is GROSSLY underpaid - no transparency between management and non-management - no equity / laughable bonuses - nothing special about the product(s) offered - lots of responsibilities zero recognition

      Pros

      The team was good to work with but the management was terrible. You will work long hours for not great pay. Management is top- down and upward mobility is very difficult unless the mgt likes you and you work 24/7. They only care about compliance and profitability.
