      Pros

      Some of the people are lovely, and incredibly helpful. Working from home is a bonus, although this is changing to only employ people who can commute to an office.

      Cons

      Management seem to care only about making £1billion. Acquisitions every year which is putting everyone’s jobs and mental health at risk. No communication. The staffs moral is getting worse and it’s like the senior management team don’t care. Bonus structure doesn’t work. All incentives towards sales and not support staff.
