      Pros

      Excellent leadership. Direct supervisors and managers placed a great deal of importance on my opinion and feedback. Sensible work hours, typical work schedule was a 9/80 - 9 days, 80 hours. Every other Monday or every other Friday was an off day.

      Cons

      Moving too far up the management ladder more often than not requires drastic relocation.
