Pros
I was surprised to see the vitriol of some of these reviews. Not sure why individuals would stay at a company where they felt this negatively about the people running the business. This is advertising folks. It also seems like pretty personal attacks on the owner and his partner but nothing really constructive about the company. From what I understand of friends still working there the company is successful and growing and definitely not being run into the ground. My experience with bpg was better than with other agencies I have worked and certainly no worse. Office is beautiful, pet friendly, free lunches, decent pay, 100% employer paid benefits, lots of time off and great people to work with on some really cool entertainment projects. I made some really great friends while I was there.
Cons
Demanding leadership, sometimes late hours (as with most of the industry), demanding clients. As the company was growing into more of a boutique agency I realized I liked being somewhere smaller with more individualized attention from the leaders I worked with. It just wasn't the place for me to work how I liked to work anymore.
