Pros
Rapidly growing company, owned by a very smart and kind family. It is really great to see my work result in tangible results so quickly. In other words, the company is a fast mover, and is highly competent. Very little politics, you're just asked to work smart and hard--the best ideas do get to ownership, and they don't go unappreciated.
Cons
Your mistakes are noticed. In other words, there's nowhere to hide. This is really a good thing because it's 'forced' me to become a better employee quickly.
