Pros

Innovative product, team members, socials.

Cons

People are dropping like flies from the company because of the terrible culture. Zero regard/support for people. Although company prides itself in hiring "smartest" people, the EQ and social intelligence of the exec team and middle managers is extremely low. Hardly any benefits. CEO disrespects and belittles people constantly and never takes constructive feedback onboard. Completely non-transparent process for who is/was awarded bonuses. Complete de-prioritisation of D&I. No HR and barely any HR processes in place.

Whilst I don't agree that "people are dropping like flies" (we had a headcount increase of 8% in March), the global Tech space is relatively volatile at the moment and causaLens isn't immune to this. Regarding your concerns around "zero support for people", we are actively working to improve company culture in general - for example, we now have free access to Therapy services for all employees, and this is just the start. - As with any fast-growing startup, priorities can shift quickly, and you need to adapt to rapid changes. - The pace is intense and expectations are high-this may not suit everyone. - As a remote US employee, would like to see more coordinated in-person events for small US-based teams

A somewhat challenging interview process but personally one I'm ok with as the process seems fair and better ensures you'll be working with high-quality folks.
