Cool company - Intern chatchamp Employee Review

The small team allows you to have a wonderful connection to everyone and feels very cosy. The founders are young and are working hard to make the company a success. The culture is great: regular feedbacks, openness but also a friendly atmosphere make sure you feel welcome and at home from the start. The learning curve is enormous and allows for an immense amount of growth in a very short period of time. You can add value to every aspect you feel you like to contribute to, so there are lots of opportunities to get involved and create a difference.

Movement within the company is a little retricted due to the size, but that's basically all there is re. cons.

Amazing work environment, great coworkers. The work there is always something interesting to do and you get to do a lot of different things as it is a startup. The guys make you feel right at home from the start, and the building where they work has a lot of fun activities like breakfast once a month and parties occasionally. Overall a really recommendable place to work in.

If you aren't used to working in a startup its a different type of environment. Personally I loved it but it's something to keep an eye out for if you are not used to working independently and given large tasks.
