Fun company where you can have a big impact - Anonymous employee clearXchange Employee Review

I have been at clearXchange for over a year and have really enjoyed working with such a smart, collaborative and empowering team. With such a small company, each initiative has high-visibility and clear impact on the success of the company. clearXchange has experienced tremendous growth over the past year, and it has been very exciting and rewarding to be part of that success. Plus - the office is great - snacks and beer, games in the late afternoon/early evening, and some great friends.

I would have said lack of transparency but management has made very positive strides on this front - clearly articulating our strategy and what we will do to get there often.

I love working at clearXchange! The team is super collaborative and innovative, making each day a new and fun adventure while also challenging. Work / life balance is highly respected. The team all enjoys working together and you can see that by the hang outs at the end of the day, offsite get togethers, etc.

While I love the open air working environment that is popular in San Francisco startups, it is great for collaboration but can also be quite distracting. I would love for noise cancellation features to be added to the office (I think this can be installed in walls / ceiling). I think it would help productivity!
