Lazy people in the office who like to chill and flake when under pressure. Old staff members be very careful they get intimidated by young new fresh talent, make your life unpleasant. No career progression, just end up doing the same job and they make you a senior and a manager. Munich business side great people, a lot of conflict with uk and Munich side different ideas!

Could do with a woman in senior levels. They have recently all gone. Company is currently missing strong, experienced Marketing leadership and integration.
