- Provides a lot of opportunity for growth, especially for entry-level engineers and interns - Great team members - You get to meet everyone in the organization - Reduction in unnecessary meetings - Option to work remotely - Work was agile as we had sprints, estimations of tasks and sought out ways to improve - Opportunity to learn something new as you'd definitely see something new - Good salary

- Project might be limited by client budget (But the founder still makes it work that you move to another project with enough budget)
