      1) 20% variable part of ctc. that u will never get. 2) Fake commitments. 3) Misguidance by leaders. use and throw nature. 4) No HR policies.

      Pros

      D.light has the potential to be a meaningful global brand. Unfortunately bad management has messed it up. The ability to travel to third-world countries (which can be exciting). An exciting business opportunity

      Cons

      D.light is a very political organization, with huge egos in upper management. This hubris is costing the company its market leading position. Competitors are beginning to eat d.lights lunch.
