      Lots of challenges Nice tech stack (scala, Elasticsearch) supporting the team to attend IT events and trainings

      Cons

      not well organized either focused (product development or projects) It's not a startup; it's more like a regular it consulting company too many management people office location (Seligenstadt) is awful
