Good to start in. Exposure to a wide spectrum of problems does help you get experience quicker than you would elsewhere. Start/stop time flexibility, PTO, Pay is ok but slow to build. Middle management tries to do good despite constraints from upper management or business model. Work from home availability (this comes and goes).

Company is constantly changing direction and often in survival mode. Frustrating when you know service will not match expectations because of sales or model. Lack of experienced people place extra burden on those who are. Limited loyalty to employees. On call for customers you don't know. No 401k match. Not a company to retire from.

Great benefits, can work from home weekly or as needed, ability to take on additional responsibility for personal career growth.

No real ability to move up if you are not in the inner circle. No real plan for you to grow and unless you live in Kentucky there is limited training.
