Good part time job, not sure about full time - Showroom Assistant deVOL Kitchens Employee Review

The company atmosphere seems to have suffered as it's grown in size, and as such a lovely place to work there is huge potential if more is done for the work culture, which is both rigid and toxic. Most people who leave seem to do so more because they don't enjoy the work culture rather than hate the job. Half of the employees would eat lunch in their cars rather than mingle in the kitchen, for example. There is a lot of fear of upper management which might add to this alienation between the team.
