Everyone is approachable, supportive, and always willing to help or answer questions. There’s a strong positive team-player attitude that makes working here both enjoyable and motivating.

It’s a very fast-paced environment, which creates great opportunities for learning and growth, though it can be challenging at times. As the company is growing quickly, processes and structures are still evolving. On the positive side, this gives everyone the chance to contribute ideas, take ownership, and help get things done. However, the lack of clearly defined processes can occasionally create roadblocks or slow progress while teams align on the best way forward.
