Good company - IT Consultant dizparc Employee Review

Broad technical areas and several businesses under the dizparc flag. Onboarding works well. Friendly people, mostly.

Culture. They have trouble hiring and keeping women in the organization. Promoting alcohol based activities. Sexual harassments, heard about issues before, during and after my time. They say they share clients but they steal with pride. Some of the smaller local companies hire and fire. No learing and development, training.

- Ability to get a broad range of experiences due to the amount of different projects available - Company trips, if you're into that - Yearly bonus, not that big of a deal though and it is used to try to keep your salary lower

- The organisational structure of Dizparc as a whole promotes short term gains over long term strategies at each respective office. - Micro management - Trust issues
