      some nice coworkers, not much else

      Cons

      management was terrible; founder & managers didn't know what they were doing. extremely high turnover, even for a startup. often repeated startup phrases like "move fast and break things" in lieu of critically thinking about important decisions.

      - Incredibly supportive company culture - Lots of room for growth for employees who express interest and demonstrate strong performance - Flexible/supportive management team - Positive Work-Life Balance unlike other startups - Strong Leadership: Management is approachable, transparent, and provides clear direction

      Room for development around company engagement and benefits, but very common for a series A startup and not necessarily a con but an opportunity.
