Pros
well stocked kitchen, really nice view, good parking, nice employee lounge / kitchen, top talent, open environment, decent benefits, good pay, well funded.
Cons
High-pressure sales, we had constant turnover. Technical knowledge was clearly silo-ed among the dev team. Customer support very unprofessional. Passwords were in plain-text for the longest time. The customers were the testers for quite a while until they finally got a test team. They lost their Symantec contract due to all these deficiencies. It was obvious that the founders were trying to build up the company just so they could sell it and cash in. Too much growth, too fast.
