      I can't think of any advantages. This is a good company if you want to earn the legal minimum annual salary and communicate with a group of completely different IT management

      Salary much lower than the market salary, Toxic corporate culture that solidifies their power by belittling you The interviewer doesn’t even know any technology at all Earn huge wage differentials by importing employees to other companies. Let you do work you don't want to do in their partner company. For example, Dev will become Support

However a life pro tip would be to not focus on the immediate compensation but to take into consideration the opportunities it will bring and the salary that will result out of maximising that opportunity
