Strong client relationships – There’s a high level of trust and collaboration between the company and its clients. Competitive compensation for contractors outside Brazil – As a contractor based abroad, I received a salary that was quite competitive. Supportive leadership – Management is approachable and generally provides clear direction and feedback.

Limited career growth opportunities – Advancement depends entirely on client demand and your perceived profitability, which can severely limit internal mobility. Lack of progression despite effort – No matter how hard I tried, I saw no growth in role or salary during my time with the company. Uncertain long-term prospects – Given current trends, there was no clear path for long-term stability or development within the organization.
