GISI Ecreations Pvt.ltd Is a Worst place to work Now, I have Worked in Cochin office over an year. Company started off well and the Management have Great Resources Good team and all are spoiled by unprofessional Management Approach and Company Polices. There is not a single person who have prior experience in IT. They consider As employees as slaves, the only thing in which management is good at is spying on employees through CCTV cams and Corporate Mail accounts. Management Have 'PETS' in the Office to spy on other employees, These so called pets Will get salary hikes and promotions without any notice to others, Also all the qualified employees are leaving the organization because unqualified Managerial Staffs are appointed in lead positions. Also Management is Making Stupid rules and policies to get rid of employees who is not in thier 'PETS list. All the rules are not applicable to the PETS. If so called PETS find any difficulty in Rules or polices The whole rules is changed according as their Wish. The Company wont Provide any hikes to Current employes, And willing to pay Double salaries for new Employees even if they Don't have qualification but if they are willing to Work as their slave(PETS). If You have Self Respect and dignity its not a place to work for. Also The Management Prefers Office in Lucknow As their favorites Because the salary package is less, the management Demotivates Employees in Cochin office by comparing to Lucknow staffs and doing big favors to them, If they did'nt complete project in time Management Supports them as they having lot of Work. If Employees in Cochin Office Don't complete project in time They are Good For noting Employees, These Partiality is increasing day by Day.

AS mentioned before the company management is filled with idiots, People who don't have prior Experience in IT is in lead positions their Approach to project Management is Worst. 1) Initial Requirement Of the project is not collected well. 2) management decides what Clients requires. 3) Management asks the developer to do the project as they wanted in verbally, after completing 70% of the work the management asks to change the projects according to their new Views, and cycle goes on 2-3 times, Worst part is when delivering the project to client, Client Will not be satisfied because its not what client requires, So the developer Will have to start the project from scratch. Not even a single project is Completed in an Year.
