A Disheartening Experience - Data Engineer e-Zest Solutions Employee Review

My journey with ezest solutions started with enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to contributing to the organization's success. However, as time progressed, I encountered challenges that were exacerbated by the company's management. Unfortunately, these challenges culminated in a situation where I felt compelled to leave the organization. The primary factor contributing to my forced departure was a lack of support and understanding from the team lead, HR and Manager. Despite facing difficulties in my role, attempts to seek assistance or guidance were met with indifference and, in some instances, outright dismissal. The absence of a supportive environment left me feeling isolated and unsupported, ultimately leading to a deteriorating work experience. One of the primary issues revolved around the team lead and ,manager, who displayed a profound lack of professionalism and competence. The team lead's inability to guide and support me left me feeling lost and frustrated. It became apparent that their leadership style was not conducive to fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. The management at ezest proved to be the weakest link in the organization. Communication breakdowns were rampant, and it seemed as though there was no clear direction or strategy. Equally disappointing was the Human Resources (HR) department's apparent disinterest in the concerns and grievances of the employees. Despite attempts to raise issues with HR, it felt like my voice was left unheard. In summary, my time at ezest solutions was marked by disappointment, and a profound sense of being let down. The unprofessionalism, ineffective leadership, and disinterested management have created an environment that is not conducive to the success and well-being of its employees. I would strongly advise potential employees to carefully consider their options before joining ezest solutions to avoid experiencing the same issues that I faced during my tenure.
