Pros
…but for a while, there's just been one direction: downwards. Used to be a nice place to work, yet things were changing. If you work there you get fruit twice a week. But only if you are early and lucky. And after I left, I heard they finally got a real coffee machine. Met some pretty excellent people there.
Cons
Dishonest managers, lingering in their management bubble. Some teams with too much leadership, some other teams without any. After the climax was reached: no serious projects. An IT-department with a North Korean attitude. Many good people were leaving.
