Pros

Free coffee snacks and gym

Cons

I was poached by an employee at Entisys360 for over 1.5 years from my former position. It finally piqued my interest, so I began phone interviewing for the Engagement Management position. In the terms of the employment I negotiated with the hiring manager and the team peer that I would be able to work remotely (from home) so as to avoid the daily commute. I was told with no uncertainty from everyone that I met there and also HR, that working remotely was indeed company culture. Manager and team approved my ability to work remotely. I gave notice and quit my former position, and joined this company. Today was day 3 of my employment, where they termed me. They told me that all new hires must work 6 months full time in the office to be eligible for working remotely. I told them that this was not what was negotiated and I would like to reach a compromise where we could happily operate moving forward. They subsequently termed me the following day (today). So happy that I left my stable career position at my former employer only to be baited, switched, and then fired for calling them out on their unethical hiring practices. Side note, they also pitched "casual work environment" where people can wear yoga pants or shorts. Upon joining my first day they informed me that only the legacy people can wear casual clothes and I was told to wear business professional attire, and that I had to "earn the ability to wear athletic wear"

Pros

Working at e360 has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The company truly invests in its people and creates an environment where hard work, collaboration, and innovation are recognized and appreciated. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and genuinely cares about employee growth and success. I’ve had opportunities to expand my technical skills, work on exciting projects, and collaborate with incredibly talented individuals across multiple disciplines. The team environment is outstanding, with people always willing to help each other succeed. There is a strong sense of trust, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the organization. One of the things I appreciate most is that employees are empowered to take ownership of their work and make meaningful contributions. The company encourages continuous learning, certifications, and professional development, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values expertise, customer relationships, integrity, and innovation as much as e360 does. Another thing that truly makes e360 special is the family atmosphere. Over the years, I’ve built genuine friendships not only within the company, but also with customers and partners along the way. Those relationships make the work even more meaningful and create a culture that feels supportive, personal, and rewarding beyond just the day-to-day job responsibilities.

Cons

Like any fast-growing technology company, priorities and projects can move quickly at times, which requires adaptability and strong time management. However, the collaborative culture and supportive teams help make those challenges manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Long term employment speaks for itself. You will find it here and it is for good reason. Supportive environment. This company is privately held, which is such a bonus when the people that drive the company know what they are doing. Flexible and remote work environment where you feel supported and your opinion matters. I've been super impressed with the way e360 brings in new partners and designs new service offerings. The top is so good at informing employees what they are tryiing to acheive and how you can be successful in that pursuit. I have been in this industry since 1997 and hav never seen another company do this better.

Cons

I feel obligated to mention something here but it is difficult. e360 is a hybrid (remote and onsite) and faces the same challenges that other companies with this model do, building a sense of community and belonging, They do a good job of this and are constantly looking for ways to improve. They solicit and encourage their employees in this endeavor.
