      Pros

      I really enjoyed most of my colleagues.

      Cons

      Horrendous employment contract conditions like 1 year probationary period, financial costs of recruitment claw back if you leave before year. It is a fore taste of how the company treats people. Unscrupulous sales people that will do and say anything. Horrendous divisions between sales and delivery. Nepotism is name of the game, they have a history of telling people to leave just before 2 years service is up with no explanation. I even know if one person that let go with a whole group after just 7 weeks on the job. Reckless irresponsible recruitment with the candidate taking the biggest risk and it. You will not get your bonus.

As a business, we continually review our employees and will always promote the notion of ‘raising of the bar’ to give our clients the best experience possible. We accept that this isn’t for everyone and give ample opportunity for people to provide feedback. It should be noted that the probation period is 6 months not 1 year, however can be extended if extra time and support is required.

      Pros

      Management demonstrates their commitment to employees - training, support, flexibility. The company ethos and all employees are focused on delivering the best systems and services to the customer. We work hard to build long-term relationships with our customers and to make sure they are happy. This makes the work rewarding. Everyone at the company is helpful and willing to give their time to help each other - no feeling like you are stuck with nowhere to turn. A real feeling of comradery. Competitive salaries and great benefits.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can sometimes suffer when there are a lot of projects in progress at the same time but this is for a finite period of time to get through specific milestones - not forever like at some previous companies where I have worked.

      Pros

      We work with our customers as a team and build a solid relationship that goes beyond go-live day. You can feel good about our company ethics and that you and your hard-working co-workers will get the job done. Benefits and pay are very good. Job is challenging and always changing. Social & Charity committees allow you to interact with co-workers outside of the office.

      Cons

      Travel requirements can be high depending on the project.
