Honestly, the HR department did its best provide a positive environment. they scheduled a lot of fun outings, team building activities and outdoor dinners. the salary was really good.
Cons
the team leaders did not provide much helpful feedback instead we were faced with violent comments and really negative environment. we would get yelled at and still wouldn't get helpful comments. tried telling the HR department and nothing changed. we would have to open our projects late at night or else get accused of not being committed enough. no career opportunities no clear career ladders
