Pros
Working at eCapital in the marketing team has been a fun experience. There's never a dull moment. Management is very supportive of your ideas. Team collaboration has been excellent. eCapital provides great benefits as well. Free health insurance. 401k with matching. And let's not forget free lunch every Friday. All in all, eCapital is arguably the best job I could have ever asked for.
