Pros
Consistently good employee performance is noticed and rewarded via recognition, bonuses and promotions.
Management is fair but you are expected to work and do your job well. You get out of it what you put into it.
Some divisions/teams allow a hybrid (in-office and WFH) schedule.
Communication from above has improved greatly so teams know what's happening with company performance, acquisitions, changes in management, etc.
This is a growing company with a bright future and great people who are happy to be here. I have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.
Cons
Poor performance and/or bad attitude will be noticed and dealt with but opportunities are always given for improvement. This is only a con for those who don't improve.
