Pros
GreAt culture. Fair bonus structure. If you get good at this and give 100% you can walk away with a fat commission check each month. If you perform well and try hard you will not be micromanaged. Flexible schedule. Ability to work from home. Lots of cash based incentives and raffles. Family type atmosphere. All around really fun place to work. I would recommend it.
Cons
Health insurance is not great. PTO plan is nothing special. Cold calling and be a grind sometimes. Hourly raises not always done on a yearly basis
