      Pros

      Guaranteed hours, weekend and all holidays off. Bonuses for meeting store budget. Great staff everybody gets along, very open and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Tedious, very simple, no challenge, no possibility of advancement. Very lenient we are able to get away with a lot.
