This is government-adjacent work where you are not compensated fairly considering how much your production is scrutinized. There should be profit sharing but there is not, and they will absolutely not disclose the amount they earn off your labour. They fluff up their production talk with the hopes that you will 'optimize your growth and opportunities at eDecree,' but those opportunities are an extra dollar an hour at the cost of bad carpal tunnel syndrome... In this economy, when you have few options, good lord, just hold on rather than starting here. I understand that companies need to keep the lights on, but they spend money frivolously flying management back and forth from Toronto to Ottawa rather than giving you a living wage. And then the cherry on top, if you are fired you will only be told AFTER coming in. People have transited for 2 hours only to be let go that morning.
