Pros

My pro: I don't work here anymore. I learned a life long lesson about the importance of being appreciated and respected by a company.

Cons

This is all in response to reviews I've read with responses to management. I made $10 an hour at EDO. My friend who worked there with me made $9.50. We were both copywriters. My friend was in fact written up, a long with a few others, for hanging out with an ex employee and were questioned as to if they were "talking negatively" about Corri. Corri picks favorites, yes. Which is pathetic. A boss can ask anyone how their day is, no matter how big the company. Catering taco bell once every three months isn't gonna cut it long-term and you will continuously get backlash and criticism. Managements response to this is that's how a lot of companies run, that the CEO ignores people? Is that what the company aspires to be like? I now work for a company of 300 and the CEO's, CIO's etc, know everyone and are incredibly friendly. Poor excuse, poor example to employees.

Dear Reviewer, Starting pay for Copywriters is between $11-12 per hour. Whatever wage you were offered at the time you accepted employment at eDrop-Off was based on your qualifications, and on the pay the company was able to offer at your time of employment, which was not this year. Again, no one who has ever been employed at this company has ever been "written up for hanging out with an ex employee." I apologize if you've been misinformed by your friend. This accusation is baseless and downright nonsensical. All management, including Corri, has immense appreciation and respect for all employees. I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our after-hours Taco Bell game night--which was the single instance in which Taco Bell was catered to the office. Reminder: that staff-appreciation event was by employee request, and the catering was decided on by the staff using an office-wide poll. Side note: it was super fun. Maybe we should have another one! I'm glad to hear you've found a position that's a better fit for you than this small business was. Best of luck, Kirsten Ingvoldstad General Manager, eDrop-Off

Pros

This was one of my first jobs out of college. Initially, I felt frustrated at basic things such as pay, hours and management's expectations. However it still wasn't half as bad as some of the other jobs I'd worked so I decided to stick it out. I'm glad I did because now a couple years later, I realize my frustrations had nothing to do with Edrop Off itself and everything to do with the unrealistic expectations I had as a recent college grad. I guess that's what 16 years of being told you can have anything you want if you just believe will do to you. Who doesn't want to walk out of college and into a job with a $100k salary, full benefits, a month of paid vacation and a company car? Working here is fun because the staff is small and tight knit so you get to know everyone's personalities and talents. I also enjoy being able to interact directly with managers or with Corri rather than having to "contact corporate" with every issue that comes up. Questions are answered and issued are resolved very quickly. Best pros: fun atmosphere, a good variation in work, ability to move up within the business if you prove you're there to stay, you can tell management genuinely cares about you. And actually the hours are awesome compared with what most of my friends work.

Cons

In some departments, turnover is high. Since the staff is small, having even one good person leave can really stint your personal growth as well as the business's.
