      Pros

      Incredibly driven team with exactly the skills you need to grow a SaaS business. Great culture, it's rewarding and really fun to work here! You grow and learn very fast.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can get conflicting views on a topic from different team members but it forces you to make your own decisions and better deal with ambiguity.

      Pros

      Surrounded by talented people with strong experiences in their expertise (in core-team and in projects) . Very challenging work environnement. You'll learn so much troughout the projects on so many levels (marketing, product, business vision...) You have the feeling that eFounders is becoming your second family (very very caring about peopl). eFounders is a reference in the startup ecosystem.

      Cons

      Culture of feedback should be more present (it's sometimes hard to get a 1 to 1 with partners). Each time a project leaves it's heartbreaking :'(
