One thing I can say is that the work environment was generally friendly and the team was collaborative. However, despite the positive atmosphere, I found it hard to stay motivated due to the lack of salary increments and growth opportunities. It’s frustrating to feel stagnant in your career, but the team dynamics made it a bit easier to manage day-to-day tasks. Unfortunately, the lack of recognition for hard work is a major downside.

I spent almost a year working here, and honestly, it was a complete waste of time. Despite putting in hard work and dedication, I never received any kind of salary increment or recognition for my efforts. The management is incredibly inconsiderate, with zero focus on employee growth or retention. It's frustrating to work in an environment where you're treated like you're replaceable and your contributions go unnoticed. If you're looking for career growth or any sort of appreciation, this company is NOT the place. Avoid it at all costs.
