Small company with fun team. Tons of opportunity to work on interesting projects and get visibility with big companies . If you are a self-starter and interested in health IT you will do great here. If you hate ambiguity and need lots of supervision, go somewhere else.

With few exceptions, the organization needs to reboot, beginning with senior leadership, board oversight, and governance. There's a reason there's such high turnover over the years - and while recent management has improved slightly, there is a strong lack of vision, mission, and strategy coming from the top.
