EHS is an excellent environment to build skills and take on meaningful responsibility early. I started as an intern and quickly transitioned into a full-time role. The team is supportive, full of fun personalities, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. RJ is a strong mentor—ambitious, fair, and open—with a decades long track record of success. I couldn’t think of a better place to start my entry into a field that’s now my career.

I prefer a more urban location with transit so I think the office location could be more interesting.

eHealthcare Solutions was an excellent place to start my career in digital health advertising. That early experience played a huge role in shaping my career path and gave me a strong foundation in digital health. The team culture was collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping people grow. Leadership was approachable and encouraged learning, questions, and new ideas. It felt like a place where you could develop quickly because you were challenged in the right ways and supported along the way. The fast-paced nature of the business was a big plus. Priorities moved quickly, which pushed me to become more adaptable, think on my feet, and build strong problem-solving skills early in my career. It was a great environment for learning how to manage multiple projects and grow professionally.
