talking about disadvantages, I don't know where to start, I could write a whole book. for starters the salaries are very low. The work is super monotonous. They don't care about their employees. They try to save on everything and don't provide the necessary resources to get the job done. Extreme disorganization. No opportunity for growth. Several times I proposed ideas for improvement and they were never taken into account. if you have the opportunity to work here, say no!
