Pros

company seems to get some interesting clients, office environment is relaxed.

Cons

The owner did not treat me as part of the company. He basically wanted me to do business development/ marketing work and to do work on my own, but did not give me access to his accounts. He frequently is not in the office so I was never able to settle in. I didn't mind staying but he thought it was my fault I didn't get much done, so he ended the internship. bad experience here, don't work here if you have a choice.

Pros

I had not much going for me, and was given an opportunity to work here. The opportunities are open ended. So as hard as I work, I will be able to grow. It's really been incredible and the office is a pleasure to work.

Cons

It took us a while to get a refrigerator, so that made lunches more difficult. Now it's good though.

Pros

I worked at Emagid as a software engineer and I really enjoyed my time there. The CEO is a fun and easy going guy, but also very serious about business. It was a great work atmosphere that included company lunch, dinners, and outings. We worked a lot, but management had a good grip on the work / life balance. One of the best parts about working there was the diversity of the projects. I personally get bored with working on a single project over and over again. The CEO and sales team worked hard to bring in new projects all the time and everyone got work on a variety of projects. Every one on the team is good people and I still remain friends with them today. No one was hostile or stand offish and from the first week you feel like a part of the team. I recommend this company to anyone who doesn't mind working hard and having some fun in the process.

Cons

Sometimes business was booming and there were many projects, but this is not a bad thing as any engineer will tell you boredom is the death of an engineer's drive.
