Pros
Overall the company is good in terms of technology, culture, relation work-environment. They take care of their employees. It's always very challenging to work here and you work with a small team of developers (this in IT) that are very good technically I actually learned a lot, worked with some new technologies because in work we had the liberty to try them, do some hackthons and actually change the product. Good package, holiday, healthcare, bonus, Xmas presents (first company to give amazon voucher from $250 to $2000), trip to florida with cruise.
Cons
We are a bit isolated from what exactly needs to be done. People are nice in general, for me it didn't work out in terms of personality, it doesn't mean it wouldn't work for someone else.
