      Pros

      Really talented, nice group of people. Everyone has the chance to throw their ideas into the ring and see if they make it into the product. Lots of interesting engineering problems to solve. Get to feel good about what you do every day. Great view of Burrard Inlet from the office patio!

      Cons

      All the usual cons for a startup. Tight timelines, and nobody but yourself to blame if something goes wrong.
