Fast paced and working with small businesses.

Pros

Consistent work. Have access to bathrooms and refrigerators on site. lockers for personal belongings. Receive profit sharing in some quarters. Overtime is mandatory. $100 Christmas bonus.

Cons

The company can no longer afford to keep facilities fully staffed. This is creating extra strain on workers to have multiple responsibilities with no backup. Calling out will leave you behind on your workload. Salary employees still have to work at least 45 hours a week due to the workload which keeps them underpaid. Proft sharing is possible, but only because they have gotten fewer workers to do more for the same pay. Certain facilities thrive on overtime and would not be able to keep up with demands without it. The press room is currently working 4/5 - 12-hour shifts because they cannot afford to stop the press machines. Receiving a raise is never guaranteed and ePac does not supply yearly wage increases for inflation. Most employees are capped on their wages and trying to receive a raise is like pulling teeth. Company is not willing to spend money on repairs and maintenance for assets.
