Pros

Some really nice people that aren’t in management.

Cons

The CEO and senior leadership are the problem. They micro manage down to the smallest details and when you do exactly what they make you do and it fails they blame everyone else. It’s clear to see why so many if Bob Fabbio’s companies have failed. He isn’t a hands on CEO, he’s a tyrant. The culture is so bad, people are fired or quitting every day. You never know who will be next. It’s so hard to work for a company that is failing so badly. Customers are canceling in droves and the sales bell never rings. Everyone hates their jobs and doesn’t believe in leadership. If Bob Fabbio knew what everyone really thinks and says about him he’d never leave his office. He and his leadership team seem lost. Everyone is looking for another job and no one is confident that they can figure it out. We all have ideas but they won’t listen...

Although we place a lot of weight on cultural fit in our interviewing process, sometimes we hire folks that just don’t fit with our culture. I (and we) are sincerely sorry that you are so unhappy at eRelevance. As you know, our culture encourages people to be attentive, courageous, collaborate, accountable, creative, and transparent (along with a few others). These cultural tenants (and others) drive our performance -- which we are proud of. The company just posted terrific sales results for 2017 (http://www.erelevancecorp.com/press-release/results/) – so our performance and vitality speaks for itself. As a company, from the CEO down, we are very driven by what our internal (employees) and external customers are saying. Just this year alone, countless improvements and changes have been implemented in the business and our solution based on what our customers are saying. We (myself included) are disappointed that you do not see that. Finally, consistent with our culture, it would have been much more productive and effective if you had spent time talking directly with someone on the management team about your observations and experiences. We (myself included) are always open to hear about ideas and areas of improvement.

Pros

I've been very fortunate in my career to work with outstanding companies, large and small. However, this by far has been the best career move and experience thus far. This is a company that not only strives to be the best, but has created a company culture that is second to none. It starts at the top with the CEO, who is one of the most respected and genuine people I've has the pleasure to not only work for but also get to know personally. Bob, is not only a boss he is a very valuable mentor as well. The entire leadership team is extremely professional and very well educated on what it takes to create an atmosphere where employees can create "generational wealth" for themselves and have fun doing it at the same time. This is extremely rare in today's world. I have yet to meet an employee that is not excited, passionate, and truly dedicated to their work. What stands out most is the unselfishness of all the employees that I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. There is an old saying that teamwork makes the dreamwork, and that is most certainly the case here.

Cons

I do have a con..and that would be that working remotely, I tend to miss the electricity that is vibrating in the building whenever I step back into headquarters. If that is a con then I should only be so lucky as I look forward to every trip I make to Austin!
