Pros
This is my second startup, but the last one was nothing like this company. This company is so agile and driven. It's exciting to be part of a company where we are selling our services all the time and we are so focused on making our customers happy. In the beginning of this year, much of our sales team was replaced (and those that were let go, sadly made lots of ugly comments on Glassdoor). That's the only real turn over since I've been here. And while that was hard on everyone, it's clear it was really necessary for the business. Thank goodness our leadership had the courage to make such hard decisions and move the company to where it is today. I can't imagine what it must be like to have to make those kind of hard decisions and then get beaten up about it in public forums like this. Ugh! But, man has the sales picked up! Anyways, I can tell you that this is a company filled with really smart, hard working people that are rallying behind a big vision. That was not true in my last startup -- which by the way, didn't make it. I also really like that management tries to be very transparent and encourages us to make decisions and be creative.
Cons
This place is not for everyone. If you don't like to work hard ... go fast ... and express your points of views amongst strong personalities, you won't make it long. And maybe that's not a big con.
