- Growing company, lots of opportunities to take on more - Efforts are recognized, company encourages staff to keep on learning - Friendly environment, generally a fun and helpful culture - Feedback to management team is heard and there is action taken on suggestions - Love the birthday lunches and team building activities
Cons
- Wearing multiple hats nowadays is unavoidable, not just in this company - Occasional over time during busy seasons, but not too bad - Company still growing, some positions need to be filled for a better organizational structure.
