      Pros

      It's a casual environment, nice people, Working in IT there is very little to content with outside of working hours. The pay is very good for the work expected. They do a lot of extra-curricular activities which are a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Not a lot to keep me busy. Projects are few and far between. Processes and projects aren't well defined. Seem to be looking for things to do most of the time.

      The new benefits with Abbott are cool! 10 paid holidays and fully paid for healthcare

      Cons

      Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients
