Great Work Environment - National Accounts Manager eScreen Employee Review

I enjoyed the people I worked with and the environment. I was out of the Richmond office. Great managers. They couldn't get you what you wanted all of the time, but the tried to satisfy the needs of their employees. Benefits and accrued vacation was nice as well.

My Salary was pretty poor, but it appeared that the treated some of the lower level employees much better. Opportunity to advance was very slim.

Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients
