Management is horrible, their solution to anything is downsizing, and don’t offer enough guidance

The company values education and encourages employees and contractors to learn and use AI responsibly. Leadership seemed to genuinely care about people, and the work itself was engaging and rewarding.

Communication around employment expectations was inconsistent. I was led to believe there was a path to full-time employment, but that changed over time. I also never received my final payment for completed work, despite following up multiple times.
