Pros

- Genuinely hard problems and exciting to solve as will have projects beyond your expertise for growth - Strong, capable team members and managers who are dedicated to their work. - Interesting domain space within fintech and analytics.

Cons

Passive-Aggressive Communication: Singapore MD's tone was frequently dismissive. Constant shifts in project expectations forced me to document every conversation just to protect my own accountability, which is an exhausting way to work. Reactive Leadership: Heavy pressure is normal, but leadership regularly lost composure in meetings. This emotional volatility created an unstable environment for the whole team. Valueless Feedback Loops: This is the biggest issue, with the local MD constantly asking for our input, only to dismiss ideas that didn't align with their personal views. This resulted in endless rework and made the team feel completely undervalued. Caveat the "Global": If you're not Israeli, career prospects seem minimal as you'll be passed over for promotions as you can't "speak the language".
